The key ground rules for using JobWeGo.

The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Taktflow ApS (registered secondary name JobWeGo ApS), CVR 46667832, Tinbergens Alle 123, 9260 Gistrup, Denmark. By creating an account, you accept the terms. JobWeGo provides a job-search and application-generation tool; you decide which information and documents you use and send to employers.
Subscription and payment
When you choose a paid plan, you create a subscription and provide a payment method. The first 7 days cost nothing. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. Otherwise Basic or Pro continues automatically and is billed monthly in advance. You can then cancel at any time, effective from the next period.
Fair use
Limits for AI features are shown in your plan. You may not circumvent security or usage limits, use the service unlawfully, infringe the rights of others, or automate a load the service is not designed for. We may restrict specific abuse where necessary and proportionate.
Liability
JobWeGo is an assistance tool and does not guarantee a particular employment outcome, that a posting remains open, or that AI-generated content is error-free. Always review job postings, your CV and applications before use. We strive for high quality and availability. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Your content
You retain your rights in your CV, profile information and documents. You grant us only the right to process the material as needed to deliver, secure and improve the features for you as described in the Privacy Policy. You must have the right to upload the material and should not include unnecessary information about other people.
Account and termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion by emailing dpa@jobwego.dk. We may suspend or close an account for a material or repeated breach, security risk or legal requirement and will, where reasonable, provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. Cancellation of any subscription is governed by the payment section.
Changes
We may change the service and these terms. Material changes that disadvantage you or require a new choice will be communicated clearly and with reasonable notice before taking effect. The effective date is shown above.
Governing law and contact
The agreement is governed by Danish law, subject to mandatory consumer protections and any venue available to you under those rules. Contact us at contact@jobwego.com. Once payments are active, qualifying purchase complaints may be submitted to the Danish Complaints Board system or the relevant EU consumer dispute service.
